Copal is a natural tree resin that comes from a family of trees known as Bursera. 

It is considered sacred to the people of South and Central America, going as far back as the Mayan and Aztec cultures. Mass quantities of copal resin were burned atop the Aztec and Mayan pyramids as an offering to the gods.

Copal Incense is completely natural incense used to purify the energy of places, spaces and things. It has a clean, light, woody scent similar to pine or turpentine.
